Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Platform constitutes your agreement to these Terms, our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference), and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the Platform. We may update these Terms at any time without notice by posting the revised version on the Platform. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updates.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Content Guidelines and Rules

You agree to comply with the following rules, which are designed to foster a supportive community for founders. Violation may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban at our sole discretion:

• No rage bait or stupid content: Focus on maximum meaningful engagement.
• No scheduled or programmed content: Keep interactions real and spontaneous.
• No fake MRR, revenue screenshots, or bullshit advice: Authenticity only.
• For genuine friends and supporters in the founder community.
• Share and engage with the community in a supportive environment.
• No more compromises on mental health: Prioritize well-being over hustle culture.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content is decent, lawful, and does not violate these rules or any applicable laws. We do not pre-screen content but reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content at any time for any reason, including violations.

5. User Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post ("User Content"). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content for operating and improving the Platform, including for analytics purposes.

You represent that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks, privacy). You are solely liable for your User Content, including any claims arising from it. We assume no liability for User Content.

6. Platform Rights and Prohibitions

We may remove any content or terminate accounts at any time without notice. Prohibited activities include:

• Posting harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Posting nudity or adult content.
• Posting content involving violence, including threats or glorification of violence.
• Posting illegal content in any of our main market areas (UK, EU, US, Asia).
• Posting any content that incites self-harm.
• Posting AI-generated text content.
• Solicitation of illegal services.
• Posting content promoting guns or weapons.
• Posting content that can be taken as bullying a user.
• Spreading lies or unverified conjecture about a named individual.
• Spamming, hacking, or disrupting the Platform.
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting affiliations.
• Using automated tools (e.g., bots) except as expressly permitted.
• Harvesting data without permission.

To protect against abuse, we may monitor usage, limit features, or cooperate with law enforcement.

7. Data Privacy and Storage

We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use data for analytics to improve the Platform but do not use Google Analytics or similar third-party tracking tools.

Data may be stored and processed in servers located in the US, UK, EU, or Asia. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer, storage, processing, and display of your data across these regions and outside your country of origin, subject to applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR where relevant).

To request a copy of your data stored with us, email us at legal@normalpublic.com. We will provide it within 48-72 hours, subject to verification.

To request deletion of your data or account, email us at legal@normalpublic.com. We will process such requests in accordance with applicable laws, but note that some data may be retained for legal or operational reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) regarding the Platform, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The Platform is provided "as is."

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless np LLP, its partners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your User Content.
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
• Any third-party claims related to your use of the Platform.

If we incur costs or legal fees due to your User Content or actions, you agree to reimburse us fully.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including rule violations. For suspended or banned accounts, your data may not be retrievable. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ends, but Sections 5, 8, 9, 11, and 12 survive.

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, UK, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). You waive any right to class actions or jury trials. The arbitrator's decision is final and enforceable in court.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

13. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. The invalid provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid.

14. Assignment

We may assign these Terms and all obligations under them to another entity without notice. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior agreements.
